yes but only certain drugs to see the effects over 5 years on certain doses before reviewing statistics and either reforming back or keeping with it (it has been successful elsewhere)

 @9SBR34Tanswered…7mos7MO

Increase punishment for dealers and increase funding for addiction prevention and rehabilitation, consider legalising but regulating marijuana for medical uses.

 @9R4ZGDVanswered…8mos8MO

I believe cannabis should be legalised for personal use as this would disrupt small scale drug production and distribution organisations. Other drugs that cause physical and mental harm such as cocaine, heroin, crack, speed, **** and other drugs should be illegal as these drugs take many lives per year as dealers have no regard for how the drugs affect their users.

 @9Q6WTZXanswered…9mos9MO

Yes, but only for marajuana which should be grown under strict health rules and then sold and taxed the same as cigarettes and alcohol

 @9PT49RHanswered…9mos9MO

Drug dealing should remain illegal but those that offer medicinal benefits should be prescription-only and possension/consumption should be legal

 @9PRZ4MKanswered…9mos9MO

It should be criminal to deal illicit drugs, but the punishment should be less depending on the situation, and there should be more focus on rehabilitation for the consumers of illicit substances

 @9LQMDG9answered…11mos11MO

yes, I feel that drug abuse should be managed as a mental and physical health problem where the individual should not be punished but instead helped to find a way of drugs, which is tailored to the individual's situation and behaviour limitations. I am al for punishing criminals who are profiting off unclean, unregulated drugs including big corporations like big pharma should be penalised heavily if they are putting people at greater risk of harm than necessary in the aim if gaining more profit. also a new way to educate everyone about the use of long-term drug abuse which may include all types of drugs recreational and medical. To teach everything in moderation. Conduct more studies into long term drug use benefits and risks.

 @9LLV9S6answered…12mos12MO

I think a better solution would be to review each drug in turn and look to regulate and tax certain substances

 @9LD7R3Sanswered…12mos12MO

Yes for most drugs especially those that have medicinal benefits. Extremely harmful and addictive drugs should be criminalised. Regardless, increase funding for addiction prevention and rehabilitation

 @9GXB7SLanswered…1yr1Y

Decriminalise drugs that offer medicinal benefits and retroactively reduce sentences for those already serving time

 @9Q3LHQKanswered…9mos9MO

No, make all drugs illegal and all make all drug-related offenders receive life imprisonment including drug dealers

 @9N2MP73answered…10mos10MO

Yes but not for all drugs just the ones that have potential uses (like cbd) and we should create stricter laws around dealing drugs for just recreational use

 @9MYNVSKanswered…10mos10MO

Psilocybin should be legalised for its benefits for mental health conditions/PTSD/end of life care but not for recreational use

 @9F9X946answered…2yrs2Y

Yes, but decriminalise drugs for drug possession for personal use and treat it as a administrative offence with penalties such as fines or community services.

 @93QWW2Xanswered…3yrs3Y

Yes but regulate the usage to stop criminals combining dangerous chemicals.

 @938Y4S2answered…3yrs3Y

Yes, but only for drugs that have a potential beneficial medical use (e.g. weed, LSD, mushrooms)

 @92PVJFXLiberal Democratanswered…3yrs3Y

Yes but do so by Looking at other countries who have legalised certain drugs to great effect.

 @8YBJXZNanswered…3yrs3Y

Yes, if we can offer drug rehabilitation centers that can help people get off of drugs and provide them cheaply to reduce the power of gangs.

 @8XZ8FX6Liberal Democratanswered…3yrs3Y

Decriminalise drugs that have studies showing that they can be positive for health in micro-dosing. Increase funding for addiction prevention and rehabilitation, and reduce sentences for drug dealers serving time, and stop sentencing for people using drugs

 @8SPBDTVanswered…4yrs4Y

Yes, but only for safer (than Tobacco/Alcohol) reacreational drugs like Cannabis

 @8RZR9GJLiberal Democratanswered…4yrs4Y

Yes, for drugs like weed, but no to class a drugs like cocaine. And increase funding for drug prevention and rehabilitation

 @8Q3MNTKanswered…4yrs4Y

Yes, but add more support to people who need it so they don’t turn to drugs and become dependent on them in the first place

 @8H8FHBBanswered…4yrs4Y

Yes, add provide rehabilitation for those who suffer with addiction. The current system means that ones who need help can’t get help

 @8CTZZV2answered…5yrs5Y

Yes, but it must be policed to ensure they are used responsibly and criminalise bootleg drugs

 @9B7QBBGanswered…2yrs2Y

I would be for decriminalised if we had the social infrastructure to help people get off them but that isn't gonna happen so I would say harsher sentences for dealers and organisations.

 @99GFLQ3answered…2yrs2Y

No, but rather than imprisonment, they should be put in rehabilitation centres.

 @98Q83SKanswered…2yrs2Y

Yes, and reduce sentences for those already serving and tax drugs heavily to fund rehabilitation and drug awareness programmes

 @929PY8QLabouranswered…3yrs3Y

Yes, for most drugs. These should be sold in stores and be highly regulated, tougher punishments for drug dealers is necessary. Increased accessibility for addiction prevention and rehabilitation too.
