Yes. I believe Neoliberalism is a scapegoat and smokescreen for "let the winner take all". This would be fine if the playing field was only left up to natural talent and work ethic, but it isn't. The majority of those in power of the economies of political will of the country, are born into these opportunities and the system placed around them tends to allow corruption to propagate. Even if there was an elite class of individuals who were born into families that were destined to 'lead' this would be more beneficial to the electorate than watching people absorb and monopolise wealth and resources for the sheer fact that greed and wealth are perceived and projected as a marker of 'success'.
