No for drugs and cosmetics, maybe for vaccines and medical devices. Animal welfare should be prioritised however.

no drugs and harmful things that could kill the animals so vaccines are too bad. Maybe test on volunteering humans as to not do it to animals because animals can't say no

Only for non-dangerous testing - in turn, the animal should be treated well/ given awards
