Yes and no. Yes to ensure continued travel for those that need it but other strategies should be put in place to hear the workers’ voices and to show a transparent response to their needs

It should be considered essential however we should change essential service rules concerning striking so that workers can protest and voice there opinions in a way in which they can be heard without obstructing the wider public

No it needs to be considered a new type of service, one which allows for workers to voice concern without public obstruction
