Every worker should be given the right to strike. However travel costs should be reduced and capped.

 @9QR267Ranswered…9mos9MO

Yes but only banning the ability for all staff members to strike at once. Schedules should be as least impacted as possible whilst still providing them with the freedom to strike.

 @9PX94SVanswered…10mos10MO

No, workers should receive fair pay and if they aren't getting that or fair working conditions they should have the right to strike. But I do believe it is an essential service.

 @9PRC9ZKLiberal Democratanswered…10mos10MO

London Underground, aswell as TFL, should be considered an essential service. However, this should in no way diminish the right to strike over unfair working conditions.

 @9N3D9MLanswered…11mos11MO

It should be considered an essential service to the population of London, however like with every worker, they should have the right to strike always

 @9N2ZXVJanswered…11mos11MO

It should be an essential service , especially as a young female travelling across London late at night but workers should still have the freedom to strike. find alternatives

The right to strike is available to all workers, the right to strike can be ignored. Striking is a form of protest, you don't ask permission to do so

 @9G588YHConservativeanswered…2yrs2Y

It shouldn’t be an essential service, but strikes should only occur if absolutely necessary and if so in moderation.

 @96JBJMKanswered…2yrs2Y

No and I think if the transport secretary listens to the unions the strike would stop anyway

 @93Y8W25answered…3yrs3Y

Yes, but the people that are striking should be monitored and regulated, dependant on their reasons for striking.

 @93G6ZR9answered…3yrs3Y

Yes as long as the London Underground don't do anything against human rights

 @8XCL57Lanswered…3yrs3Y

Yes definitely, because people who cant afford cars need this service for emergency ect.

 @8TNCCYWanswered…4yrs4Y

London Underground SHOULD be considered an "essential service", so workers rights should be addressed before any talk of strike action takes place

 @8TL535Wanswered…4yrs4Y

The London Underground is essential, but the workers have every right to strike for what the believe in

 @8S7VYMDanswered…4yrs4Y

 @8S7JHC4Greenanswered…4yrs4Y

Workers should be given their own right to strike for unfair treatment for example unfair pay

 @8QWLNW8answered…4yrs4Y

Yes is an essential service but shouldn’t stop people from striking for their work

 @8PJRF3SLiberal Democratanswered…4yrs4Y

Yes, it should be an essential service but wokers should also have the right to strike

 @8P6RZ3Ganswered…4yrs4Y

They should have their own rights but try and limit the amount of disruption.

 @8NNT4X8Labouranswered…4yrs4Y

It should be considered an essential service but future strikes should not be banned

 @8C72GMLanswered…5yrs5Y

no invest more money into the underground because its a right state as a person with crippling social anxiety its my idea of a nightmare. cant imagine having to work their

 @99QB4K9Labouranswered…2yrs2Y

Yes, however restrict attendance rates for strikes so half the working force can still operate the service at a delayed rate.

 @98SRXV7answered…2yrs2Y

Yes, but only allow strikes that are absolutely necessary (if there is sufficient evidence that workers aren't being paid fairly)

 @97WKPHRanswered…2yrs2Y

the pay needs to be better but people going on strike stops others from getting to work

 @9624VZHanswered…3yrs3Y

i agree it is an essential service but right to strike should not be taken away

 @8ZH8ZWQLabouranswered…3yrs3Y

It's an essential service, but if workers need to strike for better pay and working conditions, they should be entitled to.

 @8ND9VYFanswered…4yrs4Y

it is an essential service, however everyone should be able to practice their right of protesting for better
