No, a financial assessment should be carried out, and free or subsidised emergency healthcare provided to those who cannot afford it.

Yes but they should be insured to come to the country & the cost should be claimed back through their insurance.

Should have to pay if they have the money available, if not pay in small instalments over a period of time, the care should not be denied

The government's of which the foreign visitors are from should pay for their healthcare, and hoe they pay for them is up to that government.

 @95KGML9answered…3yrs3Y

Yes, but only if they can afford it. Emergency care should not be withheld from any human.

 @8YGH8YXanswered…3yrs3Y

Yes, if it is feasible for them to pay it without getting into significant financial hardship.

 @8TKY6C3answered…4yrs4Y

Yes, but somewhat subsidised by the government so they don’t have to lay a large amount unexpectedly

No, because they are not paying taxes in order to help the running of the NHS

 @93T7KBGanswered…3yrs3Y

People should have health insurance when travelling and there fore they would be covered for emergency.

 @93RLLFFanswered…3yrs3Y

Yes, but not a full price charge. It's unfair on those who have to pay taxes on free healthcare, to allow said, already strained healcare, to freely aid those that do not pay such tax

 @93L84NFanswered…3yrs3Y

Emergency care should not be denied but give a small fee according to the wealth of the person being treated.
