Welfare is very hard to police and enables many malicious actors from using its benefits illegally. this is not fair and ia a great drain on resources, as it means that people who necessitate it can't access to. furthermore it drains the govt.s resources further and can add to the public debt issue, for something which only domesticates and makes people more lazy and less productive.
