If they are homeless there must be a reason as to why they have turnt this service down ? Try to accommodate them as best so they don’t have to sleep on the streets

Nobody should be refused shelter. We should have a programme to provide sheltered accommodation for everyone that needs it and help support them to get back on their feet to work and get back to having their own home whether rented or owned.

No, if they refused help they should not, legally, be allowed to encamp on any such property - while public, this could damage the integrity of the property, affect the economy (as people may be driven away), affects others’ health etc.

No, either force them to accept the property offer, enter them into rehab if they are on drugs, and if they refuse all of this place them into the lowest category prison for a maximum of 6 months as a message to say it’s either in here or you get your life in order with the help that is freely provided for you.

People who won't take safe appropriate shelter/housing should probably be hospitalised or at least taken in for a welfare check

No, but create more social programs to provide free emergency housing, food, clothing, and medicine
