Yes, but create camp areas with ablutions and safety and allow people to use them freely with their families as a compromise

 @9Q8SS3GWomen's Equalityanswered…9mos9MO

Yes, but when the housing is affordable for these people they should be made to live in a home, get a job and have access to support centres, food banks and medicine for free until they are back on their feet after the first few pay checks

Homeless people shouldn't sleep on public property so passes by and enjoy the surroundings more and not feel sorry for them but the should be a place where all homeless people can sleep and if they refused to sleep there they can sleep in a separate area outside. This will keep them safer and more cared for.

 @9NZS698Women's Equalityanswered…10mos10MO

It depends on why they have refused. I also think we need to make more emergency accommodation. No one should be sleeping on the streets

 @9NBZNXKWomen's Equalityanswered…10mos10MO

Approach and time is necessary here. Many of the homeless feel alienated and that people are against them and treat them so poorly hence why many would decline help and also it is far and few. HOMELESSNESS IS A KEY PRIORITY! And must be attended to and we must help those who are on our doorsteps.

no, if they have refused available shelter or housing. Yes if otherwise, which is actually more likely the case

 @9GMFCRCWomen's Equalityanswered…1yr1Y

Alternative options should be provided. There is obviously a reason these people have refused certain shelters/housing.

 @9NHG9N6Women's Equalityanswered…10mos10MO

No There should be made a camp ground or an area to camp that isn't in the street so it's safe for them and the public

 @9HKXRDGWomen's Equalityanswered…1yr1Y

I think that the shelters should be in forced with more safety requirements to keep the homeless safe from the streets

 @9BQNHLZWomen's Equalityanswered…2yrs2Y

They should be unable to refuse housing or available shelter, unless there is a valid reason why.

 @9BNLF8BWomen's Equalityanswered…2yrs2Y

Certain places should be made available that are suitable and accommodating for people who remain homeless despite being offered housing. I don’t think it’s right to allow anyone to encamp just anywhere.

 @957Z6J3answered…3yrs3Y

No but shouldn’t make it a criminal offence, and create more social programs

 @92J3K76Women's Equalityanswered…3yrs3Y

I think that they should take the opertunity but they are able to get money on the street so mabey they should be given food to live on a week

 @9CGL8ZHWomen's Equalityanswered…2yrs2Y

If they say no to housing find out why and if it’s coz of beer ect. Leave them or find them a place they will take them

 @9BYNGMQanswered…2yrs2Y

Yes, as long as they're not causing an obstruction that could be a danger to themselves or others, and if they're not bothering anybody or impacting peoples businesses.

 @989WSTTanswered…2yrs2Y

should not be allowed in certain areas such as important office areas, etc. Alloted/ informed of safe places with good security presence for their own safety.

 @97Z3XM7Women's Equalityanswered…2yrs2Y

Yes, and create more social programs to provide free food, clothing, and medicine And as long as it isn’t causing any issues or harm
