Yes, but begging and causing people to feel intimidated should be discouraged. Also drugs and alcohol testing for benefits.

Depends, why are they not wanting a home? so they can get away with bad things or do they just feel uncomfortable like that.

Yes, there would be a surge of trespassing otherwise. Shelter's should be to a higher adequacy than some currently provided.

The focus needs to be education and providing safe spaces for these people tk get back on their feet. They can’t be ostracised from society.

Why are they homeless, what can we do to take them out of the streets. No one should be left outside but if they have all the conditions to not stay outside they should not be permitted.

certain areas should be protected like shop entrances etc. but others like parks/underground stations are fine
