You believe in striving for a society where wealth and resources are distributed fairly, reducing income inequality and promoting equal opportunities for all.
Economic egalitarianism is a political ideology that advocates for economic equality within a society. This ideology believes that all individuals should have equal access to economic resources and opportunities, regardless of their social status, gender, race, or religion. Do you think it's fair for individuals with more talent or who work harder to earn more, or should everyone earn the same?
@9HC9JVH9mos9MO
Yes - having in demand skills and /or an experienced skillset should demand higher wages. This encourages education, advancement and development.
@9HBZP769mos9MO
Yes, but the brackets for wages should be much more.closely aligned. All jobs are important.
@9HBZZRZ9mos9MO
I think an universal basic income is a really positive idea and it values equality over economic incentives, which is a more important idea and so I don't see a negative to this.
@9HC9JQX9mos9MO
People who work harder should earn more, but everyone should be given the essentials they need to survive.

Do you believe that your generation values economic equality more than previous ones?
@ISIDEWITH8mos8MO
If given the chance, would you volunteer for a cause that supports economic justice?
@9HVW8F6Libertarian8mos8MO
Individuals should have the same basic economic opportunties, regardless of background, however people should still be given the opportunity to thrive given their qualifications, experience, and personal investment. I would only volunteer if this is the baseline.
@ISIDEWITH8mos8MO
How can we balance pursuing personal dreams and supporting a society focused on economic equality?
@9HVJ9GH8mos8MO
A tricky question, as those who work smarter might find a simpler solution to gain wealth, but I do agree that there should be fairer and equal opportunities for everyone to achieve wealth
@ISIDEWITH9mos9MO
How would you describe a fair distribution of wealth in your own words?
@9HR4G8Q9mos9MO
A fair distribution of wealth means there is not a big gap between rich and poor but that people are also rewarded for hard work.

What's one action you would take today if your financial future was secured by society?
@9KJ5DST6mos6MO
Level out pay and tax so everyone is on a more equal level. Put measures in place that protect against a "boys club" closed circle of people who get richer and richer by back handing one another.
@ISIDEWITH9mos9MO
How does the media portrayal of wealth and success shape our views on economic equality?
@9HJQ2ZBConservative9mos9MO
It leads to immense dissatisfaction in people who have an acceptable quality of life that is constantly improving, by showing them what they don't have. Most people have a reasonable standard of living, even those living in poverty compared to the global norm.
@ISIDEWITH6mos6MO
How do you think removing financial barriers could impact innovation and creativity?
@9L7Q6PM5mos5MO
Finance can both enhance and finish creativity. It really depends on the financial barrier being imposed. Rich clients ask more from creatives and give them greater design opportunities. Rich clients also seek a style of art, architecture, design, invention which is highly technological and often seeks to increase consumer demand for products and services we don't need. The new iPhone or new car every 2 years is a ridiculous luxury and distracts from economic crises such as the cost of living.
@ISIDEWITH6mos6MO
Would you donate a day's earnings to reduce economic disparity, and if not, what stops you?
@9L7L5TF5mos5MO
Yes, but ultimately there is so much disproportionate wealth it makes me feel sick. We need to correctly tax the rich and stop tax fraud and evasion
@ISIDEWITH7mos7MO
How can a young person contribute to reducing the wealth gap in their everyday actions?
@9KLXH4V6mos6MO
its not down to young people, it's up to the government and people in places of authority who make the rules and laws which make up economic egalitarianism to sort out the issues and inequality.
