To end homelessness, it will become mandatory for homeless people to join the military after being temporary housed, fed and cleaned under military supervision for 3-6 months. They will have money to come home to once they have finished their mandatory 1-2 year service. Funding will be increased on rehabilitation programs to clean homeless people of drugs or alcohol and then sent into the military.
