Well, all I can say is try being called a paki for all your childhood and being treated as less human and less British than your peers. Then come back to me and tell me diversity and inclusion isn't important.

It is ultimately a waste of money. Education is about preparing people for the world of work not about instilling certain social values within a person. This type of training is irrelevant and is simply a way to keep moronic notions of culture war ideals and will only bolster the rightwing accusations of wokeness within education, something that detracts from their own failings in government. Only those who have actually committed hate crimes or some form of discrimination should be subject to such training.
