I expect my retirement to be funded primarily by my own wealth, not through national insurance therefore an increase in economically active populations would not impact how much I expect to retire on. However an influx of younger care workers may lower the cost of retirement (or raise the quality of life I would have post-retirement) which may have a (slight) incentive for me to retire later.
