Addiction is a terrible illness that has a long road to recovery

If people are in the depths of it, they WILL relapse, still take drugs etc. Being able to take drugs in a safe environment where they can be redirected to rehabilitation services can only be a good thing. We have failed them as a society if they end up dead.
