Depends on the drugs being legalised. I don’t think cannabis legalisation would be detrimental to society - cannabis coffee shops may become popular. Would rather them than alcohol fuelled high streets on a weekend evening. But if say heroine or crack was legalised then I think we’d see even more junkies.
