The two-state solution is a proposed diplomatic solution for the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. The proposal envisions an independent State of Palestine that borders Israel. Palestinian leadership has supported the concept since the 1982 Arab Summit in Fez. Yes I think the two-state solution is the most pragmatic for the moment and it's important that there is a Jewish state in the world. However, I think if both communities could live in peace inside a single secular state with religious protections that would be ideal.

No, there is already a Palestinian state: Jordan. We should recognise Israeli sovereignty over Jerusalem and the West Bank.
