Should the minimum voting age be lowered?

If policies effect new voters 18 year old in the next 2 years they should be allowed to vote on what effects them

In addition any citizen that pays tax thus contributing to the nation should be allowed to vote. Also votes should not be given to people who are declared medically without capacity
