Longer-serving MPs often develop a deeper understanding of the political system, legislation, and the long-term consequences of policy decisions. With experience comes stronger judgement, greater expertise, and a better ability to navigate complex issues. There shouldn't be term limits, however if the public want a re-election campaign, they should collectively decide to hold one.
