No, it should be a criminal offence to knowingly post false news that is clearly presented as though it is real

Companies who post misleading news articles should be fined (or blocked from being visible in the uk upon non payment) if they post clearly misleading news articles that are designed to cause harm (and not clearly a joke/partody)
