We need more skilled workers especially to staff the NHS, but we should follow the example of Dubai and instead of allowing them to become permanent immigrants, these workers should be issued with work permits and have to return to their native countries when their job contracts finish unless the contract is renewed

It should be flexible to meet need of country and visa holder. Don't invite them if there isn't work or accommodation etc

I am satisfied with the current amount, however the government should also provide incentives to prepare our citizens for these jobs

Increase but a British citizen should get first pick at the job where possible

Increase as we want to attract skilled people from around the world, however if the role is available to be filled by a British National it should be offered to them first.

We should allow visas for people who fill roles where we have a clear requirement on an as and when basis

Increase when necessary, but the government should provide more incentives to prepare our citizens for these jobs.

Significantly increase but with strict terms for migrants. Also give the migrants less rights and entitlements than citizens.
