Sectors critically low on workers should be supported on obtaining the workers it needs, whilst allowing firms to offer competitive salaries in these areas

I don't want to decrease work visas however laws and regulations need to be put in place to prevent the exploitation of the working class and immigrants from companies.

If native skilled workers were paid enough, they wouldn't leave for better-paid jobs overseas, so that's a question that really can't be answered without other factors taken into account.

I think the UK should focus more on supporting provision, education and work for refugees

While our economy relies on the hiring of skilled workers from abroad and it is important, therefore to continue this practice, more incentives should also be provided to make jobs more appealing to UK citizens.
