Gay parents do not cause harm to children due to the fact that theyre gay so that should not prohibit them from adopting kids
i believe gay people can have the right to adopt however the children needs to have knowledge of the LGBTQ awareness.

Why would you prevent a child from going to a safe and kind home where they will be looked after just because the couple is same-sex?
@9LP8WDR1yr1Y
Allowing gay couples to adopt would take children out of care homes and improve their chances for a safe and positive life.

They should since it shouldn't matter what gender the parents are it should matter how well the parent looks after the child,

A loving family cannot be disputed, as long as a child is loved and nurtured unconditionally by parents - regardless of gender - they should be allowed to adopt children.
There is a significant need for adoptive families in the UK. Many children, particularly those with special needs or older children, are waiting for permanent homes. By allowing gay couples to adopt, the pool of potential adoptive parents is expanded, providing more opportunities for children to find loving and supportive families

LGBT people are literally just regular humans. Why should they be denied the right to be happy, be married, be parents etc?
@9LQZWG3 1yr1Y
yes they should be able to, heterosexual couples should not have more rights to adoption than gay couples
@9GK8XM2 1yr1Y
Gay people need adoption rights more than straight people. Most straight couples can literally have children themselves and most gay couples can’t, so if anything we should be prioritising gay couples for adoption rights.

57,020 children were living with foster families on 31 March 2023. Removing adoptions from LGBT people, limits the people who can give the child a loving home to grow up in.

Homosexual people are still able to be parents, and arguably can be much better parents than heterosexual people as they are more likely to teach their children to respect diversity and to not hide parts of their identity.
