The tax rates should be completely overhauled. There should be more catorgies/levels of tax qnd yes the highest paid should be the highest amount of tax. But only to subsidise and benefit this country (Scotland!)

A flat tax rate across all income boundaries (~20%) is by far the most fair. Eliminate loopholes and apply a flat and fair tax for all. Anyone who would be incentivised to dodge the flat rate at the upper strata is simply confirming their own greed openly to others.
