we have a ready source of human guinea pigs locked up in our jails & a stream of possibilities coming through the courts .
In all honesty for a useful life & giving back some thing to the society they live in could they be utilized this type of research for a payment of release & income support/ compensation for a few years or looked after if they are damaged beyond repair or survival. It would certainly be more cost effective all round than keeping them locked up or on the permanent merry go round of jail , release reoffending , getting caught again , jail etc. .
Perhaps these Chinese really are far more advanced than the so called civilised western world .
