The right to be educated is a privilege of a modern society which everyone should be entitled to

The responsibility to be educated is a personal one. The benefits of an education needs to be shown by society. Those who choose not to be educated should not be rewarded for doing so. Unfortunately society currently rewards this through a vacuous media hype of celebrity cult. NB this is argument about what we value and not those who are uneducated due to difficult circumstances.
