Their quality of life, stability & health all improved. They no longer lurched from one drinking hot spot to another causing disturbances, less arrests, less a&e & emergency callouts. Because they new they were safe & werent being forced to stop drinking, they actually drank less, they health was monitored & the community had a good relationship with the service provider.
