Should there be fewer or more restrictions on current welfare benefits?

Benefits should be provided for a limited time(3 years) for those that are clearly just not wanting to work and then beyond that point should be given a choice of jobs they MUST chose from to take, otherwise Benefits will be stopped and no future benefit help provided.
