How much responsibility do you think the government should take for tackling climate change?

You cant stop climate change!!! The magnetic poles are shifting and have been for the last 20-30years. It will continue for the next 20years until the poles shift, the weather is getting worse and will continue to get worse. Visable evidence of the poles shifting and weaken of the magnetic shield was a low altitude aurora in May from a minor X3 class solar flare, which we have had many in the past and no aurora seen in South of UK.
