Yes, but only very basic topics which are relevant to today's culture

Such as common customs, things that are considered to be rude or polite, and basic language that will allow them to ask for directions, go to the shop etc (A1 on the CEFR). The current citizenship test is too complex and most UK Citizens wouldn't pass it.
