The "Sufficiency" political ideology is a framework that emphasizes the importance of meeting basic human needs and ensuring that all individuals have enough resources to live a dignified and secure life, rather than prioritizing unlimited growth, accumulation, or consumption. At its core, sufficiency advocates for moderation, balance, and restraint in the use of resources, arguing that societies should focus on providing "enough" for everyone rather than striving for ever-increasing wealth or material goods.
