I think the NHS should be turned into a company owned by the government it gives the government one less reason to tax people and the people who are paying are the ones using it and instead of full privatisation it still gives the government a level of control

Neither, but rather a nationalised pricing structure for all services (excluding national emergency's, such as COVID), to avoid inflated prices through private ownership. However individuals in dire circumstances can qualify for free healthcare.

It's not a question of more or less privatisation it's a question of reforming the NHS to be better run
