Ukraine is a stalemate and a lost cause that cannot be won now. We were too late to see the threat. They need to rapidly negotiate a ceasefire from a position of strength supported by the West, and focus on building up the strength of NATO forces to prevent Russian attack elsewhere now.

we should definitely be helping them but we also should be focusing on ourselves due to having our own massive problems with homelessness, people not having access to food and limited access to healthcare when needed. I don't feel I know enough to say if we should decrease how much we are sending them but its something to consider.
