Yes, but pass tougher laws on those sleeping rough on private property and begging etc. They will recieve community service and recieve food and drink from the Trussell trust food banks, in a central soup kitchen/hall.

no but make long term smart plans for them ie help them more to get jobs and off the street otherwise they will just keep the money and do drugs
