No, but traffic laws and infrastructure should be dramatically updated to allow for self driving vehicles

Take away the unnecessary traffic laws such as the new 20mph roads as this is more likely to cause accidents. As well as parking situations if it’s safe to park you should be allowed to. However maintain the important traffic laws such as national speed limit etc.
