Yes, but the definition of high earners needs adjusting to not capture middle classes

Yes but to an extent. High earners also help the economy grow and if the UK taxes these individuals too much then it becomes an unattractive place to work. I think banks and luxury sectors again slightly different and they should be taxed but with limits.

Yes, but the term "High Earner" should be based on local area cost of property and living.
