As a person who supports journalistic integrity, no. As a person who can't always afford it, yes. Perhaps keep it, but have concessions for vulnerable populations.

No, but it must be regulated more and punished if it presents any biased, misleading or inaccurate information.

No, due to the soft power, but charges should be based on use - there should be a reduced flat rate and the highest consumers should have to pay more.
