Under NO circumstances must any politicians or political parties, organisations or related bodies be allowed to dictate such a thing to happen. Its a very slippery slope to restricting freedom of movement.

Yes, however, only if public transport is improved enough to offset delayed arrival beforehand. As outside spaces are essential for children to play outside, as face to face interaction with friends reduces depression and anxiety rates.
