Only for areas of society that pollute the most, e.g. landfill sites, large factories, but not private vehicles, trains or aircraft, especially cars.

Probably a mix of both. Major reduction in carbon emissions should be the aim but more of a rely of innovation should be the goal rather than showmanship policies which don’t work and raise costs

The technology isn't there, instead we are forcing people to get things like electric cars knowing that in the long run they will have cost us more.
