I think there should be an equal opportunity for benefits for all members of a household that is under council ownership, the only limit should be put upon the housing type that the people have and how they use that space

No, they should be given no choice but to move to a smaller available property, but the move should be funded by their local council as a matter of welfare.

No, but housing should on a ‘need’ basis and re-assessed yearly so people can move to their ‘need’ level.
