Should the government enforce a “stay-at-home” order to combat the coronavirus?
On March 23 2020, Prime Minister Boris Johnson announced a stay-at-home order effective immediately. All non-essential shops and services were ordered to close, and police were given discretion to break up gatherings of more than two people. Johnson stated that the stay-at-home order will be reviewed after three weeks.
