To secure a skilled worker visa, people have to qualify for 70 points. Having a job offer from an approved employer for a skilled job and being able to speak English will give 50 points. I think they should encourage working immigrants... but remove or disencourage ones that aren't working. Anyone who is beneficial to the UK should be temp for a period and permanent afterwards

They do not need to increase or decrease at this time but absolutely should be incentivising citizens to learn and take these roles.

Increase while ensuring their wages are on par with native workers while also ensuring we only accept workers from countries that don’t have a strong need for the workers

While our economy does rely on business hiring high skilled workers, their pay should be increased, more oversight to prevent big business taking advantage of the program to decrease wages and that more incentives should be provided to both citizens and immigrants to prepare them for these jobs.

I am satisfied with the current amount, although I believe higher skilled workers should be welcomed at proper pay and that UK citizens should be given better incentives and skills to do those jobs

Increase, but try to create incentives for them to stay here rather than come to and from

Increase, and legislate fair and equitable wages.

I'm unsure about this, i would like high skilled workers to be able to work in this country if they deserve it rather than because they would be paid less. Everyone deserves to be paid their true worth.

Maintain but promote higher skilled personnel from “native” persons.

I think we should keep or increase the amount of visas given if there high skilled workers however also give incentive to put our citizens in a position that they can strive to be at the same skill level that we require in the job positions give them more opportunity’s to be high skilled British citizens that could also give other countries a run for there money that are coming to to use for a better life.
