LGBT adoption is the adoption of children by lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) persons. Same-sex couples in the United Kingdom (not including Scotland) have had the right to adopt since 2002, following the Adoption and Children Act 2002.The previous condition that the couple be married was dropped, thus allowing a same-sex couple to apply. Opponents of LGBT adoption question whether same-sex couples have the ability to be adequate parents while other opponents question whether natural law implies that children of adoption possess a natural right to be raised by heterosexual parents. Since constitutions and statutes usually fail to address the adoption rights of LGBT persons, judicial decisions often determine whether they can serve as parents either individually or as couples.

Not everyone should have rights to adopt. Gay or not they should have to complete a certain eligibility scheme. But yes gay people should be able to adopt

I believe that they should have the right to adopts but it shouldn’t be as easy as straight couples because of female infertility issues

If they're round gays all the time. They might turn gay but not be gay. very confusing for children.
Yes, and they shouldnt have to pay to be put on the adoption certificate. Also i believe they should be entitled to the same level of IVF availability

Yes, but i beleive a mother and father family structure is best for the child.
The most suitable home for the specific child should be the priority not the 'rights' of an adult.
@93RR3MB3yrs3Y
Families with no mother figure shouldn’t adopt
@93MKZY9Conservative3yrs3Y
If the child agrees that is getting adopted

@8WTY7Y43yrs3Y

There are too many children without parents at all and no one to respect or LOVER. But I do not like the idea of Gaydon couples having more rights then hetrosezual couple but Parents are essential as many children have no male role model at all especially white British men who generally have "no" Rights as it teaches future generations to be anti men . Sorry I needed to diverse on this question ThankYou

They should have the same rights, however children should have a right to pick who ever they would feel more comfortable with
