LGBT adoption is the adoption of children by lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) persons. Same-sex couples in the United Kingdom (not including Scotland) have had the right to adopt since 2002, following the Adoption and Children Act 2002.The previous condition that the couple be married was dropped, thus allowing a same-sex couple to apply. Opponents of LGBT adoption question whether same-sex couples have the ability to be adequate parents while other opponents question whether natural law implies that children of adoption possess a natural right to be raised by heterosexual parents. Since constitutions and statutes usually fail to address the adoption rights of LGBT persons, judicial decisions often determine whether they can serve as parents either individually or as couples.

Is this even a question? You have the words gay couples and adoption rights in the same sentence. They shouldn't have rights. At all. In fact, you should make a law preventing anyone even slightly zesty to be given death sentence effective immediately.

Children are best raised in a balanced home with a female and male, but it is better to have children in a stable home with a committed couple than to be in foster care being shipped from place to place.
I get very confused regarding this issue, I believe it to be correct nowadays, but goes very much against my upbringing, which is hard to shake off

Yes, but strict psychological evaluations and vetting to ensure they can provide stability for the child - emotionally and psychologically

Yes, but the child should decide if they are adopted by the gay couple and should be allowed to retract the decision after a period of time if they are unhappy with the alternative family environment.

A stable family between a man and woman is preferable. However, I wouldn’t ban same sex couples adopting children.

Adoption is not a decision to be taken lightly as adoptive parents shape a child's ideals, from cases I've seen same-sex couples, mainly lesbians, the child resents them if they have differing views to their parents

Grey should have To through tests to assess their strengths as a long term couple, they should be married too
@96QVG9X2yrs2Y
Yes, as long as they can support all the needs for the child
@9B9M8YV2yrs2Y
Yes, but they should always prioritize straight couples first when offering children

all people should be treated with respect whatever they are
