Block immigrants from doing certain jobs similar to the Japanese system. But allow them to do all others. But put a requirement the MUST work even if the can afford not to. The UK is not a tourist playground.

The government should fund the training of UK citizens first before ramping down the issuing of Visas. Furthermore Student visas should not lead to citizenship
