You believe in promoting peace, diplomacy, and nonviolent solutions to conflicts in order to prevent unnecessary suffering and destruction.
The Anti-War political ideology, as the name suggests, is a belief system that opposes war and advocates for peace. It is a broad spectrum of views that reject the use of violence and military conflict, often promoting nonviolent resistance, diplomacy, and pacifism as alternatives. Do you think the human race will ever reach a point where war is obsolete?
@9HGCMDP12mos12MO
No, it is human nature to disagree. War is just a large scale version of this, at it's most fundamental level.
@9HZVFJ8Conservative11mos11MO
No, but that doesn’t mean we should seek out war anyway.
No I think humans are ruled by greed and tribalism innately and this will never change. This means that there will always be wars over commodities, land and resources
@9J47GTN11mos11MO
Waging war appears to be a part of our primal human instinct and is unlikely to ever be something made obsolete.
@9J42K2911mos11MO
Some people will go to extreme lengths to protect or enhance what they believe is right or rightfully theirs and others to the same to oppose them. Almost everyone knows this is unacceptable, Hopefully war will gradually become rarer and more brief as time goes on.
@9HSPMYPLiberal Democrat11mos11MO
I think we are more likely to destroy ourselves before that happens
@9HWWX3911mos11MO
So long as free will exists there will be conflict sobthe quest becomes what's first. Obliteration or loss of free will
@9HD26JV12mos12MO
No, humans are inherently territorial and will always have a violent streak to our nature. Despite this, further economic development, especially development which benefits wider society, can mitigate the risks of war by making people feel more comfortable and less distrustful of sharing land and resources.

Could learning about different cultures and histories decrease the likelihood of conflicts, and why or why not?
@9J7SHZW10mos10MO
No, politicians decide if they want to go to war based on strategic decisions for their country
@ISIDEWITH12mos12MO
How can schools and communities better teach the importance of resolving conflicts peacefully?
@9HGQ59QConservative12mos12MO
Dont, let the countires at war sort it out themselves, our country has no place to get involved and we should never let British blood be spilled over silly war that we have 0 invovlment in
@ISIDEWITH10mos10MO
When faced with a bully, how could you disarm the situation without using violence?
@9JBKJTSConservative10mos10MO
Shout: From the river to the sea.. and vote for the hard left. That should fix everything
