These are English teachers in English schools teaching in the English language to English students. The country is not an abstract subsection of global economic relations where race, religion and culture are irrelevant, and schools are not to be an exemplar of this either. English teachers will relate better to English students who will relate better to English peers. Acts of "discrimination" are a natural response to an unnatural political imposition of foreign cultures on the English people. Teachers and students should not be expected to become experts on foreign relations.

Sometimes discrimination occurs due to unconscious bias- training regarding this may be sufficient compared to dismissal

everyone makes mistakes. people over 30-ish are far more likely to be discriminating against others because of the attitude of the society they grew up in, training on discrimination is more effective than termination
