As I have been born AFAB I have found there is certain fears of entering certain spaces, occupations or even educational fields. There is a fear that men (who hold a lot of power in all areas of the world) will discriminate against women.

Our society still perpetuates many gender stereotypes and these affect us all throughout our lives. Therefore, attempts to equalise certain professions fall flat as we need to deal with gender roles in our society as a whole before meaningful change can take place

Yes there is male domination and this prevents females gaining their deserving role
