Yes they struggle in my area. Lower business rates to give businesses a better chance of survival
Lowering their rates enables them to have a fighting chance. Lower takes but more people paying for longer works better than high taxes and squeezing the life out of people until they go under and the next business comes along only to be squeezed again.
