There's no credible evidence that gay couples would make worse parents than straight couples

Furthermore, you would not take a child away from their parent in the event that one parent dies, so the argument that children need a mum and dad is invalid.

I'm not even British, but I completely agree with this - there's absolutely nothing wrong with gay couples. My uncle's gay, he's married to another man, and I've never really questioned it. When I was a little kid and I saw Bert and Ernie on Sesame Street, I didn't even stop to question if they were a gay couple. I just thought it was completely normal and that was how they lived their lives.

Agree, LGBT people are just like everyone else and it means there are less children in the adoption system and a child has parents once again and they are not abandoned and can be given a fantastic life if they are properly screened as it should be with any couple; gay or straight.

I agree, there are no credible studies to support the idea that children from same-sex households have worse outcomes, even after years of them being around.
